About Us

Marx B. Leiva Rodríguez is the Founder and CEO of Panali EB Construction Inc., a licensed, insured, and bonded general contractor specializing in residential remodeling and new construction throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area. With more than 20 years in the industry, Marx has built his career—and his company—on a foundation of honesty, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by his clients.

Marx's journey in construction began in Costa Rica at Meta JIP, a large construction firm where a dedicated mentor first taught him the craft. He carried that foundation to Southern California, joining Sam Construction in Westminster, where he spent more than five years leading framing crews. From there, he broadened his expertise at ALPA Construction, mastering every stage of the building process—from foundation and framing to plumbing, finishing, and paint. He went on to hone his leadership at Bryson Construction, helping manage active job sites, and later thrived at SDS, a company he credits for its deep knowledge and exceptional teamwork. At JOSH Builder, Marx served as second-in-charge and connected with the mentor and friend who taught him the business and management side of the trade—the final piece that prepared him to launch Panali EB Construction.

Today, Marx leads his team with the same values that have defined his career: responsibility, compassion, and an open mind. A devoted family man, married with two children in college, he understands that every project is someone's home—and he treats each one with the care, integrity, and craftsmanship his clients deserve.
